A typical box build runs through eight stages: component sourcing, PCBA fabrication, mechanical part fabrication, sub-assembly, PCBA mounting into the enclosure, integration of cables and remaining components, functional testing, and final labeling and packaging. At Komaspec, all eight happen in our own facilities under one production schedule.
Sheet metal enclosures and mechanical parts, plastic components (injection molding up to 650 tons, ultrasonic welding, machining), PCBAs, and custom cable harnesses. We also handle automated epoxy potting, firmware flashing and functional testing in-house.
