Agriculture PCB Assembly

SMT and through-hole boards built to our DFM review against custom test fixtures, specified with conformal coating for humidity and chemical resistance, and integrated into the enclosure on our line.

Cable Harnessing

Custom power and signal harness assembly engineered with strain relief and vibration protection for field machinery deployments.

Firmware Loading

In-line firmware flashing, device ID assignment, and network credential pre-configuration to simplify end-user field setup.

Functional & IP Testing

100% in-line electrical and functional testing on every unit, with in-house and external laboratory ingress validation. We have taken outdoor and submersible programs through to IPX7.
