China Facility
Located in Guangzhou, Komaspec’s flagship manufacturing site serves as the foundation of our vertically integrated production model. With over 20 years’ of experience, this facility specializes in full-service contract manufacturing—from precision sheet metal and plastic fabrication to mechanical and electromechanical assembly. Backed by a mature engineering team and robust quality systems, the China facility is optimized for complex, high-mix, medium-volume builds. All products are developed, produced, and inspected on-site, ensuring end-to-end control, consistent quality, and full traceability.
Vietnam Facility
Located in Hai Phong, Komaspec’s Vietnam facility is purpose-built for full-service contract manufacturing of mechanical and electromechanical products. With direct access to a deep-water port and proximity to both Vietnam’s growing manufacturing base and China’s electronics supply chain, the site enables fast and reliable logistics. Our proven production and development systems ensure consistent quality and full traceability. Our turnkey service allows all products to be built, inspected, and shipped directly from the Vietnam facility.
Mexico Facility
Komaspec’s Mexico facility is a focused on providing precision sheet metal manufacturing, strategically located in Ciudad Juárez to serve North American customers. Situated in a free trade zone, the plant supports faster lead times, lower shipping costs, and simplified logistics for cross-border production. Designed to accommodate everything from rapid prototyping to large production runs, it is fully integrated with our proprietary Komacut online manufacturing platform—offering instant DFM feedback, transparent pricing, and consistent quality from quote to delivery. All parts are quoted, produced, inspected, and shipped factory direct from our Juarez facility.
